SuperMail Dialog was built to do three important things:
- Send emails directly from monday.com so you can work faster without juggling multiple tabs
- Document email conversations clearly within monday.com so you can see all related threads in one place
- Provide clear visibility into exactly who opened your emails and clicked your links right inside monday Work Management
Here’s how you can get SuperMail Dialog up and running so that you can stay on top of every email.
Add the SuperMail Dialog View
- Open the item view and click on the + button to add a new view to your board.
- Click on Explore more views and search for SuperMail Dialog.

- Install SuperMail Dialog as a new board view.

Using SuperMail Dialog
Unlike monday.com’s Emails & Activities view, which shows email threads that are based on individual email addresses, SuperMail Dialog offers an item-based view. What this means is that you won’t get confused by threads that are unrelated to the specific item in question, and can keep all threads separate and organized. SuperMail Dialog is especially useful in cases when there is more than one ticket opened per client, or when different members of a team are replying to the same ticket and want to catch up on the full conversation.
In the SuperMail Dialog view, you can see at a glance who opened/didn’t open your emails, what links or buttons they clicked on, and if they replied.
- To send an email through SuperMail Dialog, click on the “New email” button, and craft your email as usual.
- Email sequences or mass emails sent via SuperMail automations will also be automatically logged and tracked within the SuperMail dialog.
- Note: SuperMail tracks only the emails you send through the SuperMail app. To make sure you don’t miss out on any important tracking data, we recommend sending all your emails (both individual messages and automated ones) directly from SuperMail.

- Pro tip: Use SuperMail AI to craft professional emails fast.
- Pro tip: Set SuperMail Dialog as the item’s default view so that you can access it easily without any extra clicks.
SuperMail Dialog Privacy Settings
