Getting Started with SuperMail AI

• Open the SuperMail Text-Based Editor or SuperMail dialog.

• SuperMail AI is not currently available in the SuperMail HTML editor.

• Start a new email or open an existing one. You’ll see the AI Assistant icon in the message body section.
• Explain what you need help with. SuperMail AI can help you:
  • Write emails from scratch (prompt SuperMail AI with a specific goal or topic)
    
  • Rewrite existing copy (use a prompt asking to be more concise, friendlier, more persuasive, etc.)
    
  • Expand bullet points into full text or turn text into bullet points
    
  • Fix tone, grammar, or flow

• Review, tweak, and approve the message as desired.

• Pro tip: You can view and manage all versions from the Version History in the top-right corner of the email platform.
