SuperForm widgets give you full control over how your forms look and feel. Instead of relying on text fields alone, you can use widgets to add structure, context, and visual elements that guide users through the form and improve form completion rates.
How to Level Up SuperForms
Every widget begins in the same place.
Click “Add Widget” at the bottom of any SuperForm field to insert a new element into your form.
There’s no need to build everything from scratch. If you already have content—like a contract, onboarding instructions, or a policy document—you can paste it directly into a Text Block widget and keep the original formatting intact.

Text Blocks
The Text Block widget acts as a built-in editor inside your form.
Use it to:
- Introduce sections
- Add instructions before complex fields
- Highlight important details with headers, colors, and formatting
It supports both left-to-right and right-to-left languages, making it suitable for global teams and multilingual workflows.
Well-placed text blocks reduce confusion and make forms easier to complete without back-and-forth.

Videos
When a process needs explanation, showing it is more effective than describing it.
The Video widget allows you to embed content directly from YouTube or Vimeo. Paste the URL, and the video appears inside the form.
This works well for:
- Product walkthroughs
- Setup instructions
- Training steps
If the video is no longer relevant, you can hide or remove it at any time without affecting the rest of the form.

Images
The Image widget helps reinforce your brand and provide visual cues.
Upload any image to:
- Add logos or brand elements
- Show product examples
- Support instructions visually
Used correctly, images make forms feel more polished and easier to follow.

Dividers
Long forms benefit from clear structure.
The Divider widget lets you break your form into sections so users can process information step by step. You can also add a title to each divider to guide users through the flow.
This is especially useful for multi-step processes like onboarding, order forms, or service requests.

HTML Blocks
For advanced customization, the HTML Block widget allows you to insert custom code directly into your form.
This is useful when:
- Working with a designer who provides custom elements
- Embedding unique layouts or styled components
- Reusing externally built HTML content
It gives you flexibility beyond standard form design, without needing to leave SuperForm.

Add Questions Directly From SuperForm
The Add Question widget removes unnecessary steps from form building.
Instead of:
- Going back to your board
- Creating a new column
- Refreshing the form
- Enabling the field
You can add new questions directly inside the form builder.
When you create a field this way, SuperForm automatically updates your board. For example, adding a Signature field will create the appropriate file column and configure it instantly.
This keeps your workflow fast and focused.

Build Forms That Actually Get Completed
SuperForm widgets are not just visual enhancements. They shape how users experience your form.
Clear structure, embedded guidance, and thoughtful design reduce friction and improve completion rates. With the right combination of widgets, your forms become easier to understand—and easier to finish.
