Workflow
Workflow helps you transform complex processes into simple, visual workflows directly within your monday.com boards.
The monday Workflow app is easy to set up and even easier to use, ensuring every process progresses smoothly without unnecessary, time-consuming back and forths.
Workflow transforms your monday.com boards into a cleaner, more intuitive experience
by displaying only the data you need, where and when you need it.
Design clear, structured monday workflows that help your team understand complex visual workflows at a glance.
Set required columns for each step to guarantee that critical information is always gathered before moving forward. With the monday Workflow app, no file, required approval, or detail slips through the cracks.
Control which users can do what. Assign permissions so only authorized team members can complete specific steps, providing greater accountability, transparency, and data security.
Workflow dynamically adjusts your board view to show only the labels and fields you need, right when you need them. Less clutter, more clarity, and no more dizzying, time-sucking scrolling.
Create your Workflow easily by importing labels and values from other columns on your monday.com board.
An action is counted when a Workflow column’s status is changed
spot-nik apps do not have a trial period. All spot-nik apps are billed based on the number of actions (or, in the case of Inventory, products), and the free plan gives you some actions for free. With Workflow you can have 15 actions free for a period of 30 days.
Yes.
You can configure as many workflows as needed, one for each status column, in a given board.
We only charge actions done within Workflow and not with other tools.
In other words, if you use an automation to change the status, that will not be counted by the Workflow app. But, keep in mind that the automations triggered by external applications may prevent your Workflow from performing in the exact way you intended it because some details may not be triggered appropriately.
An unlimited number of users can access your configured workflows, including board guests, if they have permission to edit the board.
Keep in mind that only board owners can edit the setting of the workflow.
Whether users can go backward in the Workflow depends on how you’ve configured the settings. If the Workflow is set to move only forward, users won’t be able to return to previous steps as those earlier step labels will no longer be visible to them.
