Design Emails
With Rich Text

SuperMail lets users choose between a convenient text-based editor or an HTML drag and drop editor. Craft beautiful emails using rich text formatting, attachments, custom images, embedded links, buttons, and more. Whether you’re sending simple updates or detailed newsletters, SuperMail gives you the flexibility to design emails that stay on brand.

Bonus: Right-to-Left (R2L) language support ensures accessibility for users in all languages.

Support Subitems, Formulas, Mirror Columns, and More

With SuperMail you can easily pull data from formula columns, mirror columns, and even subitems, so your emails are always up to date and personalized. You can also choose recipients effortlessly from People, Email, or Text columns (even mirrored ones!) and send messages to people in To, CC, and BCC fields.

Change Status Columns Directly From Your Emails

Allow email recipients to change the status of items directly from a SuperMail email. Create and embed custom buttons to prompt a status change. When clicked in the email, the relevant status column will be updated automatically in your monday.com board. This feature is especially useful for approval processes, making it easier than ever to get quick responses. It’s also the perfect solution for adding an email unsubscribe button to ensure that your emails are GDPR compliant at all times.

We’ve got answers!

Yes! You can send beautifully-designed newsletters using our HTML editor.

Automating emails with SuperMail is simple – just set an automation to send the emails when a specific trigger hits (such as date, status change, etc.), and the emails will be automatically sent. This works well for both batch emails and email drips.

There are several ways to track SuperMail performance.

1 – Use the SuperMail Dialog in the item view to keep track of opens, links clicked, and replies within a specific email thread.

2 – Configure SuperMail Tracking automations, found in the Automation Center, to define exactly which actions you want to track (sends, opens, bounces, etc), in a clearly-defined column in your monday board.

3 – To get a bird’s eye view of bulk email sends (such as newsletters), create a dashboard to pull in the metrics you’d like to track from the SuperMail Tracking automations.

4 – Go to the Tracking tab in SuperMail to view performance details for each individual email.

In the updates section in any item on your board, navigate to the SuperMail Dialog tab. There, you can see all of the activities related to your emails, including the sends, opens, and links clicked.

Yes! You can create an unsubscribe button directly in your emails.
