With SuperMail, you don’t just send emails—you track every interaction. See exactly when your emails are opened, how many times, whether links were clicked, and if status buttons were pressed, all in real time. All this data is available both on the SuperMail tracking tab and directly within the SuperMail Dialog item view.
SuperMail lets you turn real-time email engagement into action. Automatically update item statuses, trigger follow-up emails, and build multi-step sequences based on how recipients interact with your emails. Set up these flows using SuperMail automation recipes, or create more customized options in monday.com’s Workflow Center.
With SuperMail Dialog, you can view and manage entire email conversations directly within the relevant item in monday.com. Start a new thread, receive replies straight into the item, and keep the full context in one place. No more switching between email and monday. Every thread is tied to its specific item, and if multiple emails were sent, each conversation appears as a separate thread, so you stay organized and always in control.
An action is counted any time an email is sent either by automation trigger or SuperMail Dialog.
Yes! You can send beautifully-designed newsletters using our HTML editor.
Automating emails with SuperMail is simple – just set an automation to send the emails when a specific trigger hits (such as date, status change, etc.), and the emails will be automatically sent. This works well for both batch emails and email drips.
There are several ways to track SuperMail performance.
1 – Use the SuperMail Dialog in the item view to keep track of opens, links clicked, and replies within a specific email thread.
2 – Configure SuperMail Tracking automations, found in the Automation Center, to define exactly which actions you want to track (sends, opens, bounces, etc), in a clearly-defined column in your monday board.
3 – To get a bird’s eye view of bulk email sends (such as newsletters), create a dashboard to pull in the metrics you’d like to track from the SuperMail Tracking automations.
4 – Go to the Tracking tab in SuperMail to view performance details for each individual email.
In the updates section in any item on your board, navigate to the SuperMail Dialog tab. There, you can see all of the activities related to your emails, including the sends, opens, and links clicked.
